Vinny’s passion for creating incredible dishes for family and friends quickly transitioned him into the world of private dining after University of Tampa. For over 6 years Vinny has been serving the most affluent communities in Tampa with private dining experiences - ranging from intimate settings to 30+ people.

In addition to his private dining experience, Vinny trained under five-time James Beard semifinalist, Jeannie Pierola at Edison Food + Drink Lab. Historically his focus is French cuisine with a spin of contemporary Italian American Fare, but now it's bring the best damn sandwiches to Tampa Bay!
