Russ stems from a long lineage of restaurateurs located in Central New York. Shortly after moving to Tampa, Russell continued his career in restaurants with Ciccio Restaurant Group (CRG) opening several of the brand’s flagship QSR’s, Fresh Kitchen. He has served as an managing partner and executed all responsibilities in front & back of house operations.
His experience drives Cousin Vinny's food operations arm with extensive kitchen management / inventory control, and vendor relationships.
